Behind the Quill

Welcome to HistoryGasm, the website where we write our own history! We are Anke and Wendy, two young historians with a passion for history. Especially the history of everyday life and popular history.  We love to discover life and belief in the Middle Ages. Were people really that different? 

In our time off we both like to do creative stuff. We have many hobbies: painting, photography, all kinds of DIY and making music. We’re also interested in nature and gardening. Who knows in which ways all these hobbies can be used for our blog!
